Our covered berths rent for $8.65 per foot on a month to month tenancy. All berthing fees are based on overall length of boat or berth, whichever is greater. We require a security deposit that is equal to the berth rent and key deposit. Both deposits are refundable. Water, electricity and dock boxes are furnished. Berths 36’ and over are metered for electricity. Electrical meters are read monthly, and there is a $3.00 per month meter reading fee.
