Live-Aboard Fees: Up to 32' = $5.40 per ft.; 33' and larger = $4.90 per ft.
Covered Berths: 32' Berths = $286.00 mo.; 42' Berths = $376.00 mo.

All berthing fees are based on overall length of boat or berth, whichever is greater. We require a security deposit that is equal to the berth rent and a key deposit. Both deposits are refundable. Water, electricity and dock boxes are furnished. berths 36’ and over are metered for electricity. Electrical meters are read monthly, and there is a $3.00 per month meter reading fee.
